The architecture of this historic hotel is worth the visit alone. It has been beautifully maintained, the grounds are pleasant, and inside is decorated in a spanish Mediterranean style. They have a nicely appointed Presidential Bar, their signature restaurant, a steakhouse, and a mexican restaurant. Their Sunday brunch is always very good, but reservations are required, and not easy to obtain with short notice. The rooms are nicely appointed, a bit small, but for a city with very few hotels, it is by no means sparse.
