We found ourselves with out heat this past week, and naturally, on the coldest day. When I called Mission to check on available technician, they dispatched a tech to verify the problem, and offer solutions. We were thrilled to be able to have a new Trane furnace and Cleaneffects filter installed and up & running the same day! The install was very clean and professionally finished. The new stat is wi-fi capable and is very user friendly. I whole heartedly recommend Mission and their staff as an accomplished solutions provider. Thank you Gene & Steve for your care to make sure we were taken care of. more

Mission heating and cooling installed our new system in the house we had built in June 2012. The install team was great, very professional, the reps were very knowledgable. They did not try to ""Upsell"". We did have a lemon of a system and Mission heating and cooling was there every step of the way to help resolve the situation. They ended up replacing the entire system as we had a bad unit from Trane. We had the XL20i heat pump, XC95 Furnace, XL900Thermostat, the THUMBED500aPAO0A humidifier and Trane Clean Effects Air Filtration system installed. Thus system is simply amazing. We doubled the size of our house and our electric bill in the summer was equal to the other (smaller) house. It cools the house very quickly and the heat is awesome. there are no cold or warm spots throughout the house. I would recommend mission heating and cooling to everybody who wants a professional team that is there for you. more

Normally, a company surcharges a part for approximately 20% . these guys got me for $450 on a $100 part.(it's available on amazon!) The annoying middle-aged guy (looked 30 years older from poor life choices, his words not mine) gleefully told me that he looked up my furnace and brought it (the part) with him knowing that he was wrong. I not trying too be trifling and get overly personal, just paiting a picture. more

BAD Design 8/30/2010

While the team at Mission can talk a good game my experience was far from satisfactory. I built a new energy efficient home three years ago and Mission designed and installed the HVAC system. The summer humidity has been an issue forever and Mission did nothing to fix the issue. Their design was bad. I have now replaced the AC and the new one works great. My experience with Mission was a costly mistake. more
