I bought a bedroom set and my couch from this location. I ordered my couch a month in advance before my move in date in November, come move in date I call the store in the morning of my delivery date asking about my dellivery they tell me it will be delivered in the afternoon after 4pm I call back at 6pm they tell me the driver will call me, well the driver does call me and informs me HE DOESNT HAVE MY COUCH. What kind of company doesnt inform you in advance that they dont have your order not only that they bring me the wrong bedroom set, this was on a friday they then inform me they will be back on monday with the correct bedroom set. Monday comes around and nothing I call them and they keep telling me they will call me back then i ask for a full refund and they inform me they dont do refunds for cash purchases. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE NOT WORTH HASSLING WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Pros: great service when purchasing Cons: horrible service after they got the sale more

i would not recommend mission furniture. i bought sofas that were damage, when i called they told me they would fix them. it took them a month to do so. more
