Mission College

Terrible place to live. A lot of ""inspections"" are done, that cuts down on PRIVACY, but not much is fixed. These inspections are like military barracks inspections, which are very aggravating when you have to pay RENT. The complex does not provide any services, leasee pays for everything(sewage, trash, & water). Rent is WAY to high for the neighborhood, with SHOOTING, constant sirens, and a very active R/R Track 2 blocks away. The rooms are VERY small, not a lot of room for furniture. And there is only 1 laundry facility for the entire complex with over 200 units. Pros: Have been recently remodeled Cons: Neighborhood, Price, Nickle & Diming with trash & sewage, Not enough room, & Almost White Glove INSPECTIONS when you pay rent. more

I have been living here for about 2 years and I would not recommend Mission College Apartments to anyone, especially to the working citizen and their family. First the accoustics are horrible. You can hear a person sneezing in the next apartment building and wait until the music is playing. Music is played loudly from the apartments behind us and it ends whenever they chose to stop. Gun shots are fired so often that you are not alarmed anymore. Pros: The rent is not as expensive as most. Cons: Gun shots and loud music, maintenance is slow. more
