I have been coming to this restaurant since I was 10, for the last 18 years. Although they've changed management throughout the years, the food and service has remained EXCELLENT...

Worst

I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Everything that was good about the old Misono's is gone. I use to love this restaurant and since the owners I think it is trash!...

I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Everything that was good about the old Misono's is gone. I use to love this restaurant and since the owners I think it is trash!!!!! While I was not enjoying the worst meal I have ever paid 30 dollars for I found a SHARD OF GLASS in my salad. I brought this to the attention of the manager and he did nothing to help the situation he was rude and cheap. He didn't even comp anything on the check like a normal human being would do. DO NOT Eat at this place you will walking away shaking your head in disgust. more

Ok, but no comparison to the places closer in town. 12/29/2009

Maybe it was the time of day i ate, but the fish didn't taste or appear to be fresh. Service was adequate, but not the best considering i came in during a slow period. Typically give a place at least couple tries before taking them off of my list. Pros: tuna sashimi Cons: Wasn't the freshest quality food. more

BEST JAPANESE FOOD AROUND! 12/6/2009

I have been coming to this restaurant since I was 10, for the last 18 years. Although they've changed management throughout the years, the food and service has remained EXCELLENT! I have been to various other Japanese Steakhouses, and they just don't compare. The prices have escalated a little under new management, but the food is still completely worth it. I highly recommend Misono's! more

AWESOME food and amazing hibachi chef 12/3/2009

My friends took me here for my bday and it was SOOOO good. I've been to other japanese restaurants and they dont even compare to this food. The location is a little hidden which I like. The inside is really cool and the sushi bar is great. I talked to some people sitting at our table and they said that this is a local favorite that is a hidden gem and I believe it. Well worth the trip to roswell! Pros: Best Japanese food I've ever had more

I've tried to find a japanese restaurant that comes close to Misono ever since they shut down for renovations but nothing compares. I'm soooo excited they are reopen and it is worth the drive for me all the way from buckhead. What happened to Misono Japanese restaurant on Old Alabama in Roswell?????? I went there recently and they were closed. Is it permanent? Are they remodeling or something. My entire family has been going there since 1993. It is our favorite Japanese restaurant. We are devastated. more

We went here on a Tuesday night to celebrate my husbands birthday. It was quiet, but that is a plus when you have a group of 7. We had great service and great food. The salad that comes with the grilled entrees had fantastic ginger dressing, and the portions were huge!! I had the salmon, my husband had the chicken, and the rest of our family had either steak, scallops or shrimp. We all enjoyed our dinners, the chef was very fun, he had a disco light and sang for us. I would definately recommend this- next time I plan to try the sushi- the menu looked great!! Pros: fresh food, large portions, delicious sauces, friendly service Cons: none!! Go try it tonight!! more

I've been to Japanese steakhouses from San Juan to New York and this easily ranks in my top 3. Excellent food and service. Although the usual hibachi tricks such as 'egg roll' and onion volcano are present, the personality of most of the cooks are always wonderful and pleasant. A rare treat with many loyal regular customers. We've never had to wait in line or call for a reservation which is also a pleasant surprise. Pros: Food Quality, Service, Lack of Wait-time more
