Have been going to Miracles for several years. Even after moving away, I would always wait to get my hair cut until I got back into town. I hate to write a negative review for a place I actually liked. However, my last visit was rather disappointing. I had being going to Dona the entire time- loved her, but this was my first trip back since Dona moved. I was referred to another stylist by the receptionist, after describing the texture of my hair. However, before my appointment the receptionist called to tell me the stylist was backed up & I could either wait or schedule with another stylist, whom in her opinion was just as good and experienced. unable to fit me in for a 15 +/- minute appointment! I emailed the business to make the owner aware of my dissatifaction the day I left and 2 weeks later I have still not heard back from anyone. I would have never had this problem with Dona, who actually came in once on her day off just so I could have her cut my hair! I guess making a customer who lives out of state and only comes to get her \r
hair done once or twice a year isn't worth keeping happy- no loss for them! Unfortunately, I'm stuck with a hairstyle I'm not happy with and will have to fork out more money to have someone fix it. Very disappointed with the lack of \r
customer service- which I hate to say because of how long I had been a customer there. Needless to say, I won't be going back just for that reason (unless Dona moves back- then maybe I'll swallow my pride)
