When a hearing aid is taken in for repair, it is often kept for as long as 2 weeks, without assistance or consideration for the difficulties that it causes the customer/patient. Then when the appliance is returned from repair, it may take several days before the office schedule can accommodate them. At that point, the eagerness of the customer to have their hearing aid returned, after a couple of weeks of not being able to hear, is greeted with irritation, rudeness and a total lack of kindness or understanding. I would not give this particular center even one star, if that were possible.
