My expereince with Miracle Method was very good to say the leaset. I especially liked Ryan Gladhill's fast response, and ability to complete the job quickly when everything was long-distance. This was all a big help as I did not have the time to micro-manage and there were multiple projects at the property going on at the same time. more

Bathtub repair 12/30/2011

Miricle Method of Hagerstown did a great job in recently repairing a hold in my fiberglass bathtub. They arrived on time, completed the repair within the time they had estimated, and ensured the area was cleaned up before they left. Best of all, you can't even see the repair--the tub looks good as new. If youi need repairs of this type, I'd strongly recommend these folks! more

VERY SATISFIED 7/16/2011

Our job had to be done in 3 different steps over the weekend and Ryan brought someone different with him each time, so I believe that I have met most of the employees of Miracle Method of Hagerstown. Everyone was courteous and professional. I am very happy with the results and am planning to schedule with them in the near future to work on bathroom #2. Thanks to everyone at Miracle Method of Hagerstown for a job well done! more

"Easy Step" -The Step through tub to shower conversion! 6/24/2011

Awesome! Ryan gave me exactly what I was looking for. His mannerism and professionalism was outstanding from start to finish! I would recommend his service highly. The "Easy Step" is so affordable without having to remodel your entire bathroom. Hats off to Ryan! more

We had Ryan come out and do and estimate for resurfacing our tub/shower stall. He was professional, courteous, and timely. When Nick came out to do the work the same could be said for him. Great results 3/19/2011

We are so pleased with how Miracle Method updated our 1960's guest bath and powder room. We had our tub, tile wall surround, tile floor, and cultured marble vanity top done-it all looks brand new! Also, the floor of the powder room was done. The results were amazing. This was definitely the way to go for us. The owner and his crew are wonderful to work with- courteous, efficient, and meticulous. They take great pride in their work and go out of their way to please. We would highly recommend Miracle Method of Hagerstown. more

We were trying to sell our house and did not want to spend an arm and a leg to restore our entirely PINK bathroom and worn out kitchen counter. Ryan and his crew came out within a week of the estimate and transformed our bathroom from the 1960's to a clean and modern look for a fraction of the price to remodel. They also replaced our toilet and old baseboard heater. This process was a major factor in getting us a contract on our house in under one month! Hard thing to do these days. I commend Ryan and his crew for excellent customer service and a job well done! more

I had two bath-shower combos resurfaced 10/8/2010

I had two bath-shower combos resurfaced. The team that came was professional and even were able to fix some of the damaged drywall behind tiles. They removed the tiles that were not well supported, put in new drywall and replaced tiles. Both bathtub/shower combos look like new. I was able to get done for well under 2K what would have cost me about 6k plus to do using other options. Workmen also cleaned up after themselves and seemed to pay a lot of attention to detail. The only minor imperfections, which would go unnoticed by most is that in 1 or 2 places the new layers of miracle method did not cover all of the grout (little area less than a mm) and also there were several small bumps where it seems a spec of dirt or sand was encapsulated in the miracle method coating. This is probably actually my fault because I am doing other work in the house and there are lots of particles of stuff flying around. Anyhow, I highly recommend this for anyone looking to fix an old shower/bath combo! Brings the bath and tile back to life. What is also great is that there is no more grout to keep clean, just smooth surface to wipe clean. more

My wife and I were at a loss at what to do with our cast iron tub 7/3/2010

My wife and I were at a loss at what to do with our cast iron tub. It was a main eyestore in our restored 1950's home. Much of the orig "glaze" had worn away and the drain was all rusty. It had become nearly impossible to clean. Other "national" companies had quoted us many thousands to "cover up" our tub with a "plastic" tub or "break out" our old tub and replace it entirely! Home Depot also sells a step by step do-it-yourself epoxy kit. (Yeah Right!) For $495, Ryan, a very personable professional, came to our home and saved our tub! Now the only problems we have are: 1)keeping the rest of our bathroom as clean as our tub. 2)getting our 4 yr old daughter out of the tub on bath nights. (she loves it too!) more

We live in an older house and had Ryan and his crew do the bathroom tub, tile, and vanity top. We also had the kitchen counter top redone. These guys did an unbelievable job. They took pride in what they did. They got it finished in a very reasonable amount of time and the finished job made the kitchen and bath look brand new. more

Great product and a great franchise to work with 6/24/2010

Great product and a great franchise to work with. Plain and simple. We had one tub, one sink, a floor and wall tiles refinished in June 2010. The work was done meticulously and professionally. I researched companies that used acid etching and found many unhappy people. Avoiding that led me to Ryan and his trail of happy customers. The transformation in our bathrooms is truly impressive and for the price my wife and I are very happy. Any doubt remaining in my mind about the longevity of the new surfaces is overshadowed by the confidence I have that Ryan will make us happy if anything happens. more

We chose Miracle Method to resurface our old Formica countertops. They look and feel great. We couldn't be happier. We were so happy in fact that we decided to update our master bath using Miracle Method. Ryan made the ugly, dated pink tiles disappear. Now I'm proud to show off my master bath. more

12/12/2008 The change is unbelievable. My 1940's bathroom has extensive tilework - walls and floors - and it was bubblegum pink with gray trim. Even the floor was pink and gray! Ryan was able to custom blend the perfect color to match my new wall color and artwork. My bathroom has entered the new century! No more pink! And the floor finish that he applied is gorgeous. His prep work was meticulous, and the finished product is perfect. Many, many thanks! more
