Todd Smith installed an easy step-through in my 88 year old mother's tub this week. Todd's professionalism, attention to detail, and cleanup were exemplary. I would highly recommend him and am anxious to have the Miracle Method surface applied. more

We are very satisfied with the results of this product. We had the bathtub and kitchen sink refinished and they both came out looking new. We also had the kitchen counter tops refinished and that also looks better than new. The only slight draw back we have had is the over spray can be a bit hard to clean up. However everyone that has seen the finished product has been impressed. more

Miracle Method team did a wonderful job on my two bathrooms. The team showed up on time and were very professional in their attitude and desire to deliver excellent customer service. They applied their product to my master bathroom counter tops for a double sink area and to the shower pan and shower walls. They also did the same to my guest bathroom sink. They were very careful to mask off the surfaces that were not being treated so as not to damage the faucets and walls and cabinets. The result is beautiful and it really enhances the rest of the bathroom fixtures. Their application techniques focus on reducing the amount of dust residue in the rest of your home and they clean up nicely when the job is finished. I recommend them very highly to anyone interested in their product. more

The project was refinishing a steel bathtub which was originally blue and had been reglazed with white, which was peeling. Miracle Method stripped and refinished it in blue. They recaulked the tub and applied a permanent slip resistant surface. It was the only company I spoke with which could return it to the original color. The project went well for the most part. All personnel were professional and personable. There was no pressure to make the sale. I initially had a problem with the slip resistant surface, which was not as I imagined. It was course, began to peel and held dirt so the tub never appeared to be clean. I called and asked for someone to come back out and remove it. They came back out, honestly advised me that it had not been applied correctly, and redid it. I am now completely satisfied with the job. The only areas with room for improvement are a couple of my phone calls were not returned, but others were. In addition, I don't recall being advised in advance that there would be such strong fumes. Despite these issues, the experience was pleasant. The tub looks at least 300 percent better, especially with the fresh caulking and it closely matches the wall tile. more

The service from Miracle Method with Heidi & Andrew Hoeft here in Austin, was absolutely wonderful!! I originally called to get a shower pan refinished & was so impressed with their product we ended up getting three bathroom vanities, a tub backsplash & our entire kitchen done!! We had one bathtub and tile surround refinished, and just did a touch up on the other bathtub. We couldn't be more pleased with Miracle Method SW. Jonee was wonderful to work with -- honest, straightforward, and prompt in her responses. Carl did a superb job! He was very polite and professional. He arrived on time and did the job on schedule. He was able to match the existing color of the tub for the touch-up perfectly. You cannot even tell that work was done! The other bathtub and shower look like new! We had the shower and the surrouding areas of the jacuzzi tub re-done and it totally changed the entire area. It looks totally different and is a great update!!
