Great, Great work! 1/26/2014

I took my new (23 year old!) Mazda to Miracle, and that's what they performed. My old car looks like new. Everything that needed to be done was carefully explained, and the pricing was very reasonable. Mike, the owner is very personable, when the work was complete I think he was as proud of the work as I was. I would recommend Miracle to anyone. Keep up the good work! more

Very Professional! 9/21/2013

I’m a student at Chico State and it’s my first year bringing my car. I had a little meet and greet with a parking block unfortunately and when I pulled out my front bumper detached from the right side. I drive a 2006 Mercedes C230 and of course I didn’t want to take my car anywhere so I Yelped auto repair shops and Miracle Auto Painting & Body Repair had the best reviews. I went in and Mike took good care of me. My bumper was fixed and it looks great! I highly recommend this place if you want a miracle done on your car. more

Miracle Auto Body I am always Completely Satisfied Thanks After our accident My 8 year old son and I took our Pontiac to Miracle Auto Body. From the time we walked in the door the kid friendly staff made us feel we had come to the right place. Miracle Auto Body took time going over the repair list and assured me even though parts had to be ordered,the repair would take only a few days. Miracle Auto Body even made arrangements with Enterprise Rent a Car for us to get a loaner car While my Pontiac was being repaired. A few days later, as Promised, I picked up our Pontiac! I am very satisfied with Miracle Auto Body work and appreciate the fast friendly service.In my years of experience with Miracle Auto Body I am always Completely Satisfied Thank You Mike from Mitchell White 95926 more

If you're paying OUT-OF-POCKET, Mike is the BEST BANG-FOR-YOUR-BUCK!!! 5/4/2013

My Toyota Celica was damaged in the hail storm that hit Chico last year and Mike made it look like NEW. Since then I've taken a couple of my own side projects to him that I paid out-of-pocket and Mike is by far the BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK. A small tree limb landed on my 2002 Porsche and the damage was less than my deductible so I had to pay out-of-pocket again. I wouldn't trust my Porsche with anyone else and Mike didn't disappoint. Color matched perfect and had a MIRROR FINISH!!! more

Fast, Cheap, and Helpful 2/27/2013

I brought my car in to Miracle Auto Body in Chico after researching other companies for some scratched paint on the hood. The price I was charged was significantly lower than the others, they didn't require me to leave and come back later in the day, and the staff was helpful and nice. Great company, great prices, and great people. I strongly recommend Miracle Auto Body more

lots of dirt in paint finish. Looks like done in driveway. Told it was an old truck anyway and hung up on. Not perfesional with a customer at all. RESPONSE FROM Miracle Auto Body: We always try to meet, or exceed our customers expectations, but sometimes that is not possible. This vehicle was sanded and prepped by the customer to save him money. We sent it home the first time because it was too rough to paint. When it came back it was still rough and dirty, but customer stated he was done sanding it. We clearly state verbally and in writing that these "customer prepared" vehicles carry absolutely no warranty, or guarantee of any kind and let them know up front that roughness will exist in the finished product. more

Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!!!! Mike and Miracle Auto Body are the BEST! 8/28/2012

I would recommend Mike and Miracle to ANYONE needing major or minor repairs and paint on their vehicle. Mike was kind enough to jump through several (and I mean SEVERAL) hoops to get my Insurance Company to honor their obligation. After numerous calls, Mike really did work miracles with the insurance comnpany AND with my car! The car looks better than it ever has and I couldnt be more pleased with the level of world class service that I received at Miracle! A+++++++ more

Wow, just Wow! 8/19/2012

I'm a little tardy providing this review, but my experience was superb. A limb fell on my car. After meeting with the insurance adjustor, I went to Miracle Auto to have it repaired (they'd repaired another car back in the late 80's after some deer hit it) Mike was very, very nice and attentative. When I went to pick up my car, the space between the vehicles was a little tight for me (I have ambulation problems) They graciously moved my car for me. The repairs and paint job were excellent. It's like having a new car! more

Amazing place to go! 8/15/2012

We just recently had someone hit our new car and run. My husband and I were not looking forward to getting it fixed and dealing with rental cars, especially since we have a 7month old and wanted our back in a timely manner. Miracle Auto Body has amazing customer service and was a joy to work with. I beleive they are by far the cheapest in town. You feel very safe and can totally trust them. They also dealt with all the rental car details wich was a huge blessing. I will always go to them and will refer them to everyone! more

Quick and professional! 6/6/2012

It was a quick turnaround with Miracle Auto Painting & Body! They did exactly what they said they would do. There was some peeling clear coat on the side of the car, so Miracle Auto Painting & Body painted the side. I would tell potential customers that they are priced competitively with the rest of the market. They were basically the same if not better. Miracle Auto Painting & Body is quick and professional! more

New life for an old car! 8/10/2011

All I could afford was a simple single-stage urethane "Wrap and Shoot" paintjob for an old car I was restoring. I prepped the car, but the painter who sprayed the paint took pride in his work and it showed. The car looked great when I picked it up. Mike even helped me get a new windshield at a reasonable price too! No job is too big or too small for Miracle. more
