I ordered buttons from this place over the phone. I get an email a few days later saying my order is ready for pick up the only problem is this place is in Chicago and I’m in Raleigh,NC granted at the time I didn’t now this place was in Chicago or a franchise I was just looking online to order buttons and found this place so call to tell them that this order should be mailed out and they say well you’ll have to pay 20 for mailing but I disagreed why should I have to pay for your business mistake they took my payment over the phone even ask for the billing address never asked if this was a pick up order or to be mailed out so the owner Gary Allison gets on the phone and starts cussing F you F that seriously just like that also when I asked for a refund he told he would not give me my money back of course I was upset then he preceded to taunting me like a little kid “what you going to do about it tough guy” for the record I never once cuss raised my voice or treated this man I was just like wow this man runs a business this guy has serious anger issues and no idea how to deal with customer 3 simple things for a business to be successful listen to your customers be respectful and patient this place fails at all three this might be the worst printing business in the world this franchise will erode trust in this company over time I’m a nice person but this guy is going to meet the right customer one day to the employees that work there do yourself a favor find another employer because he is not someone you want to strive to be bitter old sad and depressed if I could give 0 stars I would worst customer experience ever.
