These guys showed up 3 hours late, broke my washer and the front door to my new home (apparently how doors work is beyond their staff, and was insulting to my wife when we called ...

WORST moving experience ever. Broke multiple things and their estimate was not even close to the final bill. Months later I find furniture that was not put back together properly and had bolts from other pieces of furniture. I have used multiple overs local and cross country and I would move myself before using them. more

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! 4/27/2011

Not sure what you are all complaining about 12/8/2010

I have used Minute Man Movers multiple times and will continue to do so! They were very professional and courteous, from the office staff to the movers. I have used ""2 Men"" and will never use them again. Not only were the rates better than other moving companies, they were just overall better! I would recommend them to everyone! more

Terrible in every aspect 8/17/2010

Late arrival, damaged property, lazy workers, no supplies on the truck... You get the picture. They did offer to try and fix the damages but based on my first experience I thought I would end up with more damage. I usually use the ""other guys"" but they were booked two weeks out. Now I know why - they are good. I wish my schedule would have allowed me to wait on them. DO NOT USE Minute Man Movers!!! more

DO NOT USE THEM 8/3/2010

Awful experience! Very unprofessional & the holes & multiple scratches that were put in my walls just got fixed after 2 months of calls! And when I attempted to hold payment until fixed they sent it to the solicitor for payment, but I still had to call continously to have damage repaired. The movers looked intoxicated, were unprofessional, couldn't move 2 objects up the stairs,and we ended up working more than them. WOULD NEVER use or recommend them!!! TERRIBLE more

Thieves! 12/11/2009

They stole my GPhone and Olympus Digital Camera. I had someone call my cell and it started ringing from their truck. One of the guys said, ""OOPS I PICKED UP YOUR PHONE BY MISTAKE - I THOUGHT IT WAS MY FRIEND'S"". Pros: They didn't steal what couldn't fit into their pockets. Cons: Blatent rudeness. Watch them around your girlfriend/wife. more

Worst moving experience I have ever had 1/22/2009

I used this company because of rates and the fact it is local and family owned. It was the biggest mistake I have ever made! Furniture was left behaind, dinette table destroyed, vacuum left behind, pieces of furniture lost in the move, dryer no longer works. I have been to BBB,Consumer Affairs and Angies List and so far, this company says they will work with me to resolve the problem but I never hear from them. Just beware!!!
