I simply review food, drink, and service. And all three are excellent at Mint. The menu is innovative, yet well-executed. A bonus is the modern, yet comfy, room.
The critic who wrote about the muscled waiters and ""power yuppie san francisco lite"" is only showing his or her own insecurity. You don't know who any of these people are, and a restaurant has no control over who comes in, so why judge a place by the people you see and your assumptions about them? That's a waste of time. Just eat, please, and leave your class warfare outside.
Pros: Good food, pretty room, Good service
Cons: May evoke insecurity, in those who are, afraid of change
