fabulous apartment 3/8/2014

This is a fabulous apartment complex located in south Kansas City. The other tennants have always been nice and helpful when my car doesn't start, which is quite often because it's a hoopty and it needs a new battery. The office lady is really nice. I do not remember her name she is new. I have been living here for 4 years now and have no complaints. more

My neighbors are all great people 12/19/2012

I have lived here for 2 years with my husband and we are enjoying our stay at Minor Ridge. The staff are very friendly and the Maintence is always done on time here. My neighbors are all great people and from all different walks of life. I would recomend Minor Ridge to anyone looking for a home in Kansas City, especially if you want it with relativly cheap rentt more

Just moved into Minor Ridge. Grethen was on top of things right away and made sure that I was happy. She called several times to make sure we were ok. After moving in, several of my neighbors came by to say hello. Minor Ridge is a great apartment in South Kansas City. more
