This was my second visit to Valencia Nissan Service department. While the first one was just a regular inspection / oil change and nothing to write about, this one was completely different.\r
First, it took at least 4 calls to the service department to schedule an appointment: they don't pick up and they certainly don't call back. \r
When I dropped my car off on Saturday morning, the service rep, Zack, was grumpy and unpleasant. Any attempts at chit-chat or small talk resulted in a muffled reply and a basic "don't bother me" attitude.\r
The car had some A/C issues so I asked them to take a look and call me to let me know what needed to be repaired. No one called. I finally called around 3:30pm to try and find out if the car was ready. It was, and the service department was closing at 4:00pm. So when I got there, there was no one to explain the findings, nor anyone to ask questions about their 'suggested' additional repairs.
