I checked the local storage facilities for comparison before renting a unit here. I am very happy with my choice. Good prices, clean and well maintained, and very friendly staff. I even got Nuggets tickets for renting a unit. You won't find a better deal. more

- The place does have decent prices. Only $25 for the 1st month, and then goes up after that. If you don't use the entire 2nd month they pro-rate the amount due. - Two people work there, one gentleman & one rude woman. The man, Jim I believe, is great! Very polite, curious, very nice man. The woman on the other hand is the WORST person I have ever had to speak to. She is very rude, immature, everything you are told NOT to do in customer service, she is excellent at! Then she messed up ALL my paperwork & demanded I return inside to fix HER mistakes, she even threatened to LOCK ME IN THE STORAGE UNIT PARKING LOT and not let me leave till I re-did the paperwork that SHE messed up. Seriously request to work with the man & your experience will be great :) - Yes the free Nuggets/Rockies tickets are 100% legitimate! The Nugget ones I got a while back were even great lower level seats!!! more
