Mini Beauty Salon

One of my friends got the Japanese Straightening so we asked where she got it done and she said at mini beauty salon. my mom called the number and made an apointment. it took like 30-40 minutes to get there. we walked im and i saw a lot girls in chairs waiting to get finished. then i was up. first a lady blewdryed my hair to make sure that it was completely dry. then she ut chemicals in my hair which smelt really bad and made my eyes start tearing. i had to wait 50 minutes just to souk in. after to 50 minutes were up mini checked my hair to see if i was good and after her approval someone washed it out. then i had 2 ladies straightening my hair.then they put like protection on it but putting a cream on all of my hair. after 5 minutes they washed it out and then they had 2 ladies blewdrying my hair and then i was finished. i would definetly go to minis to get my hair japanese straightened. im actually going there this month to get the touch ups and im bringing my friend to get hers japanese straightened! This place used to be a good place until it changed owners. The main business this salon does is hair straightening and if you want anything else done forget it. The last 2 times I have been there my hair came out choppy and terrible looking. I was there today and told the hairdresser what I wanted and had 3 pictures and my hair looked NOTHING like what I wanted. I ended up with a mullet like hairstyle and I complained about it and she just ignored me. While she was cutting my hair I told her several times that it didn't look right and she kept going. The employees don't speak or understand english too well which makes it very difficult when explaining what you want. On top of all that she expected a tip for making a disaster out of my hair and now I need to go somewhere else to have it fixed. I don't recommend this place at all,not even for straightening. I had my hair straightened a few years back at this place and it wasn't worth the money or time spent there. Cons: terrible service,don't listen to their customers,rude more
