Absolute mistake living in this apartment complex. The fixtures and floors are appalling and the carpeting is disgusting and hasn't probably ever been replaced. The owners are not pet friendly because I'm sure they don't want to pay to repair the borderline dilapidated complex. Have witnessed mold issues in the bathrooms. You will be hard pressed to find any parking. The ""gym"" is actually the manager's office with a treadmill. The person who wrote that positive review is most surely the owners or the manager who runs the place. Save yourself a headache. more

Quaint Apartment Community 1/20/2005

Ming Tree Apartments is an older building complex but very well-maintained. All of the units are two bedrooms and at least 1200 square feet. The owner just relandscaped and spruced up the pool. There's a nice gym as well. I love that you can walk to the upscale downtown Walnut Creek shopping and to the Iron Horse Trail. BART's not far away either. Best of all, the rents are reasonable and the other tenants are great. Very quiet too. Would highly recommend. Pros: Well Maintained, Spacious units, Competitive Pricing more
