Best Chinese and Dim Sum in Central florida 5/5/2011

We love this place. It is clean, friendly and really good food. We eat sliced roasted pork; great Dim Sum; whole steamed fish; pan-fried noodles; and their hot pots. It is crowded sometimes, but that is because the food is so good. The food is very fresh and delicious. Ming and her staff do a great job. We are lucky to have Ming's in town. more

Avoid Ming's Bistro on the weekends!!! SLOW service 4/5/2007

Orlando is in need for Dim Sum w/great and efficient service, and Ming Bistro is definitely not one of them.\r My family and I have been to Ming's Bistro several times and each time the service just gets worse and worse.\r I have to admit...the Dim Sum is good, but the service is extremely SLOW!!!\r The owners need to hire more cooks for the kitchen, especially on the weekends and they need more carts/servers.\r Chan's has the same problem w/service as well. Not to mention, if you are seated at the back of the restaurant (left side of the restaurant)...it seems as though the servers forget about you. They mainly stay in the front of the restaurant where the bigger tables are.\r \r Basically, we need a Dim Sum Restaurant similar to the one's in NYC or in LA. And please add the Pan-Friend Taro cake to the menu as well. more
