They really care about their customers here. I get emails from the frequently and coupons. They also call me a few days before my appointment to confirm that I will be there which is really nice. On holidays, they treat the customers extra special. The lady who owns this salon is wonderful too! more

This is the best hair salon in all of Cleveland! The staff is absolutely wonderful in many ways. They have a variety of services, from manicures to massages. I always leave feeling great from head to toe. They also value their customers and show their appreciation frequently by giving gifts every now and then. more
