NEVER GO TO MIMI'S BRIDAL 8/5/2015

I got the tuxes for my wedding here, & it was horrific. I would not recommend Mimi's Bridal.. I chose pocket squares like most people.. & the tuxes arrived with no pockets. They tried to charge us were ever they could. They even forgot to give one of the groomsman his bolo-tie & cuff links... so my husband the DAY of our wedding had to go to the bridal shop to pick them up. Beyond that they botched almost everyones measurements. I've had two friends who have gotten married in the last year & have used Mimi's Bridal and said they experienced the same terrible customer service. more

lousy help at mimis 12/29/2014

I paid half down on wedding dress for my son's fiancé and told mimis we would be making payments on the balance due. we had to do this in order to order the dress and the wedding was some time away. we were told that this was not a problem...until payment was demanded or we would lose all the money we already paid. I did not owe much so I called and repeated what we were told to the owner and she lied and denied that we were told that. now I am stuck with a dress that is two sizes too big and there are no refunds. Another fact that we were not told. would I recommend Mimi's HELL NO I would rate it lower if I could!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Bad experience 6/5/2012

What an awful experience we had at this place. Nasty remarks and horrible customer service from the owner, Melissa. No customer service can be found at Mimi's bridal. Shopping here for your dress is a risky move. more
