We have a small monsoon wind damage claim and the treatment by: The Insurance House on 2725 E. Broadway went from nice people to nasty/rude/threatening jerks.\r
20 years customer loyalty means nothing with ken and his rude staff.\r
So if you enjoy paying thousands of dollars in premiums for years with no claims, and expect to have great service after a tiny claim--this is not the place.\r
BEWARE: They will find any small reason to harass you about your property afterwards to the point of you finding another provider of homeowners insurance.\r
