Milton Monument- Maryellen Mulligan 10/5/2011

I had one of my worst experiences with Maryellen Mulligan. When I called her about the way my husband's marker had discolored, she strung me along for months saying she would look at it and help me. I finally called Sharon Memorial Park and they agreed to have it tested to see if the material was defective. The results were positive and the factory said if Maryellen would call them they would redo the Marker for no charge. I left a message on her answering machine because she was no longer returning my calls. She never called me back and never called the factory so they could redo the marker. This woman is definitely in the wrong business. more

I have to agree with Kate4. Maryellen is completely in the wrong business and since last year has not made things right concerning my Mothers grave marker. I strongly recommend finding a reputable monument company to take care of your needs. In a time of sadness no family needs to deal with the headaches from Milton Monument. more

Worst Experience 9/1/2011

Out of respect for my mother, I must leave this review. Maryellen is unprofessional and has no compassion for her customer. It was difficult enough to deal with the negligence of their work and the lack of urgency to repair their mistakes but to talk to someone who was rude and ignorant is beyond words. She is in the wrong business. I would not wish my experience with her on anyone. I hope someday, that in her time of grief, she encounters someone just like her. more
