My wife and I went to Milton Martin Toyota for service on my 2001 4 Runner. I had been thinking about a new Tacoma for a while (I still have my 1997 Tacoma) and went into the sales area to ask questions. We were greeted by Freddy Castaneda. I had already picked a 2016 Tacoma TRD Sport to look into. Freddy took us for a test drive and explained the many features on the truck. He knew everything about the vehicle. I decided the truck was more costly and feature packed than I wanted or needed. We then shifted to a 2016 Tacoma SR5. We came to an agreement on price and I took delivery that day. Freddy offered after sales help if I had any questions. Freddy and other staff members were great during the entire process. This is our 6th Toyota and we have been very satisfied with quality and performance. more

Everything went great. I had several recalls that were fixed and an intake replacement on my motor (I think that is how you say it). Paul was my technician and was very helpful. He kept me informed as to how things were going all along the way. He was very helpful. I was provided a shuttle across town so I could do physical therapy while my vechicle was being serviced. The driver came back and picked me up when I was finished. Very good experience. more

I had my oil changed late Saturday afternoon (last appointment of the day) and they found a nail in my tire. I explained to them that I was exchanging vehicles with my son the next day, who was away at college, and didn't feel comfortable driving the two hour distance with a nail in the tire let alone leaving it with him. The manager of the express lube called and arranged for a service tech to stay late and fix my tire. The willingness to go above and beyond is what has made me a customer of Milton Martin Toyota for many years. more

EXCEPT at Milton Martin Toyota! On Memorial Day weekend 2002, I went to Milton Martin Toyota and purchased a used 2000 Chevy S10. It was absolutely one of the most painless experiences I have ever had! There was not haggling, no pressure, and no phoney baloney. All I did was to print out the online advertisement for two of the vehicles that we were interested in with the sale price printed on the ad, and then went to the dealership. The price that was on their web site was several thousand LESS than what the price on the sticker was! So, all we did was to test drive the vehicle, verify it was still under warranty for about 8000 more miles, and then produce the ad, buy the truck and away we were!
