I am happy with the car but really unhappy with the customer service, we bought the car and agreed to install a camera within a week only 2 weeks later and after checking on it multiple times we were able to get the camera. I was told to bring the car in between 8-8:30, when I got there at 8:10 they were closed until 8:30. It is annoying because I had to make adjustments at work and advised them I can bring the car later if this works. It is rude to make someone wait for 20 minutes. The sales guy I was dealing with was not there yet. Once other sales people started to come into work around 8:25 or so I was rudely asked if I needed help, I said I am waiting for Mike C. I am supposed to get some stuff done to my car. The sales person said to write down what I needed on a note pad and if someone was going to pick me up. I said, well no Mike said I would get a car from here for the day. He said ok let me get you a car while you write things you need on the notepad. He then told me with all you are getting done the car won’t be done today, I said that’s not what I was told. He then said would that be an issue, and for someone who brought the car from Novi and took time off work, yes this would be an issue.I said I wish all this including the hours of this place were communicated to me much better. The rude older sales guy continued to talk to me like I am an idiot and actually said “this is business and things happen in business” really!!!!! He proceeded to say they have the best customer service… He pretty much already got the money from the car and wanted nothing to do with me.
Because I am younger female (I think), he treated pretty much like I know nothing about the business world and that my time is not valid, like I don’t have places to be or a job… Which is not the case.
Trust me I know about business and I work in the automotive workforce with an MBA and multiple other licenses. I also know that communication in the business world goes along way!
