Worst

I took a $140 Trimmer for repair. After 10 days and calling three times, they said it need a Carb. Kit and it must be ordered. They charged $13.50 for part, Gas $5.00 per gallon...

Tim is a great guy that know his stuff! I bought a 391 Stihl saw from him and since then, he has helped me with problems that have emerged and taught me a lot about care and maintance of the saw. I recommend him to everyone I talk to. more

Tim's the best mechanic I've ever known! 2/26/2012

I've been doing business with Tim Mills for over 16 years. I'm in the commercial landscaping business, so my mowers, blowers, trimmers and edgers remaining in service is critical to the profitability of my company. I've always relied on Tim to keep my lawn care equipment on the ground and out of the shop. If he doesn't have the part, or can't get the part in a timely manner, he'll fabricate the part! I've always been amazed how he can take a piece of equipment that any other mechanic would write off and get it back in the field making money for me. I trust him. He's always been honest with me. Would I recommend Mills Outdoor Power Equipment to people I know? I already have... multiple times! more

Not a Place to do business with:(( 1/7/2012

I took a $140 Trimmer for repair. After 10 days and calling three times, they said it need a Carb. Kit and it must be ordered. They charged $13.50 for part, Gas $5.00 per gallon and not to mentioned that it was half full when I took it to the shop, and $50 for one hour labor. I paid without testing it. But when I got home, it was not working. I took it back and they said all we could do is to change Carb. kit and I have to pay more if it is not working. I bought a knew one and hope they pay for $72.60 they rub from me. This is not a place for anyone to do business with. You will regret it. more
