Great Place! 2/28/2010

I have gone there my whole life they have encoaurging coaches that will push you but not to hard they will welcome you in there family no matter what teachs good disaplean they know what they are doing all the girls a awesomely nice no matter how slow you are the won't get frustated has 7 beams (2 are compition) 2 sets of bars 1 over a pit tumble track vault tramp and floor Pros: great staff that never changes classes for all levels USAG Cons: nothing realy more

Well, I've been training there for about a year and was an instructor there myself for a few months. It's a nice little gym and great bunch of students and staff. The instructors there will push you to where you need to be. Did I already say it was a nice gym?\r Pros: great instructors, nice facility, great bunch of students more

well i never signed up but i heard good things about it like:\r 1.they have good teachers\r 2.they teach you what you need to know\r 3.they take it easy on you\r and \r 4.they are millers' gym STARS Pros: the best ever Cons: i NEVER signed up more
