DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOK I purchased a 50 zenith Plasma on 4/13/12 also traded him a Hatchi 42in plasma and gave him 300.00 cash was told I had a year warranty I had to make him write in on the receipt he gave me. On 8/18/12 we heard a loud pop and the screen went black called him up he said yes that was common with this brand and just needed a board replaced. He picked up the TV on 8/21/12. Hadn't heard from him in several weeks called him up said he was waiting for the board and would call back in a week. October rolls around and still no call called him again said has the board in and will be ready this week. Nov rolls around still haven't heard from him. on 11/26/12 I call him back and he tells me it needs more then that to be repaired and now it isn't covered by warranty and if I want my tv back it will cost me 300.00 more dollars when I started to tell him I have a paper that says this is under warranty. So now I have no TV and no refund so I am out 300.00 plus a 42in plasma more

Miller tv has the worst morals/customer service i have EVER dealt with, my grandfather ordered 2 dvr satellite boxes from him and when he delivered them he left very abruptly, not wanting to install the receivers. I thought this was kind of fishy considering he does installations, of course once we called directv they informed us one of the 2 boxes was stolen or leased from directv so it was unusable. The box that was unusable had a very distinct mark on the top of it. We returned it to miller tv and he insisted that he would order a new one, he calls us a few weeks later to pick up the new box. So i drive down to Miller tv and pick up the box, i get home to call directv and undo the bubble wrap, it has the same mark on the top as the old receiver i then call directv and they inform me it is a stolen/leased box. I then call Miller tv and tell him what happened and he claims he called directv to verify that this box wasnt stolen or leased when he recieved it and he refused to give us our refund for the box or get us a new one. We as customers did nothing to deserve this, this man is a thief do not trust him. more

The thing about these star reviews is for all 1000 of my customers, my review is based on 2 that couldn't be helped. arrrrrr more

WARNING, WARNING DONT CALL THIS CROOK! 12/11/2009

I WAS REFERED TO THIS GUY BY AN INSURANCE COMPANY TO FIX MY 52' INCH TV WHICH IT WAS DAMAGED DUE TO A CAR THAT CRASH INTO MY LIVING ROOM, THIS GUY ONLY REPLACED THE POWER CORD AND WHEN I ASKED HIM WHY THE PICTURE IT WAS ALL BLURRY AND BLACK HE REPLIED IT WAS BECAUSE IT WAS AN OLD TV!! AND THAT THAT WAS SOMETHING THAT WAS NO ABLE TO REPAIR, LONG STORY SHORT I GOT A SECOND OPINION FROM TELESYSTEMS ELECTRONICS THIS GUY AS SOON AS SAW MY TV TOLD ME IT WAS ONE OF THE PROJECTORS, AND WHEN HE OPENED MY TV SURE IT WAS THE RED PROJECTOR IT WAS BROKEN!! WHEN THE GUY FROM MILLER TV (CHRIS) TOLD ME NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH IT!! I WOULDNT RECOMEND TO ANYONE THIS CROCK TO TOUCH YOUR ELECTRONICS THIS GUY DOESNT HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE AT ALL ...? more

Horrible Customer Service 8/7/2009

It took 6 weeks to get a response back that he could not fix our TV. Once I did get it back, the TV had additional problems. Cons: customer service and communication skills more
