I've been Dr. Gofman's patient for at least 20 years, and have great confidence in him. He is careful and conscientious, and doesn't hesitate to consult with his colleagues when presented with symptoms of a serious disorder. It's true that he isn't ""chatty,"" nor is a what one might call ""warm and fuzzy."" He is all business, which is fine with me. And it's true that you may have to wait a few minutes beyond the appointed time. This may bother some people, but as far as I'm concerned, waiting a bit for someone who is top quality is not a high price to pay.
