Great music shop and repairs 2/10/2011

Found the shop to be an absolute gem of a music store. they had everything I needed. Thank you very much for your educated sales staff. I was surprised that they had a repair tech on staff, but sure glad for the fast fix and attention to detail. more

Great selection, but... 10/26/2008

They offer a great selection of instruments, but they've failed to sell me the proper products on several occasions, the most memorable being when I'd been new at the trumpet and they tried very hard to sell me a saxophone reed for it. Pros: good music selection, good instrument selection Cons: horrible customer service, do they even want to be there? more

Best over all music store in 5 counties 9/3/2008

Upscale professional musicians will find a better selection, better price and friendlier staff than at Guitar's Etc. I am able to purchase high quality instruments that usually only found in specialty shops. The staff is more than willing to help you find what you need. A+++ Pros: Everything Cons: Having Guitars next door more

Our experienced sales staff is always ready to help you identify what tools you need to create the sound you are looking for. Through for and professional private instructors with Miller Academy our professional musicians are available to help build the technique and skills needed to fully express your creativity. We have an in house repair shop, and we are the only music store in town that has a certified musical repair technician on staff. Our in house rental program for Middle and High school band programs is a great rent to own program that gives new and like-new student instruments that have a great sound to get these new musicians off to the best musical start possible.
