We recommend this clinic to any couple with fertility problems. We always felt welcome, were well informed, and treated with dignity. The process was an emotional time in our lives and we always felt cared for. \r We did have a long wait one time because a surgery took longer than expected but it was not the norm. \r With their help we now have two, precious daughters. I've been a patient at this clinic for about a year. I think that the doctors their staff are great. Infertility treatment has it's highs and lows. I feel like they are there for me no matter what kind of day it is. They are very friendly and helpful in answering our questions. We are so excited that we are now expecting our first baby thanks to them! more

This is probably the WORST clinic in the state of Arkansas to work with. They do not call you back at all, you have to harass them to get any type of response from the nurse. They are rude and hateful if you call ""too much"" trying to get your lab results. Stacey Shriver is the person I had to work with and if you are assigned to her I would recommend you just forget about any type of service what so ever. Save yourself time and energy and drive to North West Arkansas or a neighboring state. This is the only clinic in Central Arkansas so you have no options nearby, it will be an in convince to drive farther but I promise it will be worth it if you actually want to get anything accomplished. This clinic isn't even worth 1 star but I have to rate it. more
