If doctors tool the time and energy servicing patients that those at mm take with their customers, we'd have a healthier nation. Also, I was in danger of being ripped off by my dealer and Al set me straight. He loves his work. more

Fine personal attention 3/12/2014

I trust the expertise of the entire staff; I discovered that my dealer's advice was erroneous and not to be trusted because dealerships are about meeting quotas and lieing about work that needs to be done. i appreciate the time the guys at Miller take to explain what's needed to be done. more

As usual, everyone at Miller mechanical is very knowledgable and helpful. I cant think of a better business to support that supports both me and my vehicles. Id never considering taking my cars anywhere else. Everytime I have taken it somewhere else, I alway come away disappointed. Thanks guys! more

I appreciate the work that you do on the cars. It's always good work. Thanks for accomodating my requests. It would be helpful if I could get some kind of receipt or check list for the records. I don't have any thing that even says that I've been there except for my credit card receipt which more properly belongs with my financial records. more

The right advice and quality work 9/14/2013

Miller Mechanical is straight with me about the maintenance they think my car needs and what it _doesn't_ need. They will recommend against work that isn't necessary or wise for my car. I think this is rare in mechanics. The quality of the work they do is top notch. I never worry about my car failing due to their work. I have a lot of experience working on my own car. On cars I've owned I have changed the timing belt, the clutch, the transmission (Yes, I swapped the transmission because it failed due to the previous owner's lack of maintenance), brakes, muffler, airbags, drive shafts, and much more. I'm very sensitive to the quality of the work mechanics perform and notice _everything_ (at least I think I do :-) Al and his team have never left my car wanting better service. So why only 4 stars? Hmmm... this is tough to say. My relationship with them is only 7-8 months in and I don't yet have the experience to be certain of a 5 star rating. That's the best I got for now. more

great service, willing to work with a budget 9/5/2013

I got my car towed in unexpectedly and had my car fixed within 24 hours. The staff was super helpful in informing me of my repair options and let me go into the shop to see how the ac compressor worked and what they did to fix it. I will definitely be taking my car back in the future. more
