I had a total of three visits to Debora for back pain and painful numbness i my arms and hands. The initial appointment was slow and easy for good reason, not to shock the allready tormented muscles. I was really wanting massage, but what i got ended up giving me far more relef. After reviewing my history and doing an initial basic exam to fnd my trouble spots, she gave me a couple simple exercises to do on my own at home which are still very effective. After the first visit i felt 50% better allready. The second visit got into more detail, yet was still gentle, working through muscles in my neck, back, buttox through upper thigh. After this treatment, i felt at least 75% better, with next to no pain left in my arms and hands. Third visit was the ultimate visit. Gentle treatment as usual, but a special one. She targeted the pressure and pain in my lower back this time, gently manipulating the back of my neck which pulled very slowly on the muscles at the base of my spine, or so it felt. The was only sligh pain, but it was the kind that was barable, that actually felt nice because you knew something was getting stretched for relaxation. She did this for about 5 minutes and was finished. To sum this final visit up, i walked out of there literally feeling light as a feather and more pain free than i had ever been in years. Pain relief being at 200% after third visit!!! There is no pain killers out there that could offer a better outcome to lower back pain, tense muscles, or pinched nerves than what Debora Miller can do at Miller Chiropractic. Please give her a try, I promise, you will not reget doing so!!
Pros: The drastic relief given through gentle treatment, very personable and pleasant demeaner.
Cons: Occasional wait times are long as she is the only chiropracter in her office, but very much worth the wait!
