On Monday I purchased a new 2013 Equinox from Mike Bestgen. I'd been going there for service and Wade Hanson , a service adviser, referred me to Mike to trade in my 2008 Equinox.\r

It was a great transaction in all respects. I got his best price on the new car up front, no let me talk to the sales manager nonsense. My trade-in was appraised in under 10 minutes and priced $ 500 more than Kelly or Edmunds website said I could expect for excellent condition.\r

Mike's a real pro, experienced, knowledgeable, professional, but low key , no pressure, no hype. Plus he listened to me,and gave me a great demo of the car and its features.\r

I looked at two other dealership the one played the ""let me check with the manager game"", while the other was $200 higher on the exact same vehicle.\r

Arranging financing took 6 questions and 10 minutes , for a very decent rate. Oh and while they presented extended warranty and accessory options, zero hard sell!\r

This is the 13th new car I've purchased and the best experience I've had to date.
