I have been going to this office since Dr. A opened over 12 years ago, and have never been treated rudely. If the Dr. is running behind he is sure to apologize and gives me as much time as I need for my particular problem, as he does all his patients. Dr. Miller is also excellent. I have never had issue with the cleanliness of the office, and I am a neat freak. I also happen to know that they had an OSHA inspection that was triggered by a disgruntled former employee, and passed with no trouble. It is obvious that the negative comment posted on this site was placed by the same former employee (who names herself as the only bright spot). It is a shame that such false and potentially damaging information can be posted by any moron that owns a computer. I would recommend Dr. Ambroziak, Dr. Shink and Dr. Miller to anyone with foot or ankle problems. You will not be disappointed. Pros: Excellent physicians and surgeons. I have been to this office and have never been treated rudely. The receptionist has always greeted me with a smile and has been very courteous on the phone when I have had to call. I have been treated several times and have never seen any non-sterile or dirty techniques used. The doctors have been very helpful and easy to talk with. As for cleanliness, the medical assistants are always thoroughly cleaning the rooms as I am leaving after treament. The new office is bright and inviting. I would recommend this office to anyone. When you first come into the office you are greeted by the rudest receptionist. She acts like you are disturbing her and that she is so much better than you. The office is old and dirty. I had to wait a long time to see Dr. Ambroziak. He wanted to give me a shot but first give me some local from a dirty meta-jet. I actually seen things floating around and it looked rusty. The Medical assistant wore those dishwashing gloves to clean the rooms. Is that even sterile? I would rate this office a BIG ZERO and wouldn't even take a dog there. Pros: The medical ast.
