I guess I should have read the reviews, first. My experience with buying a "Certified Used Subaru" was very similar to another person's listed here. At least 6 items from the 150 point check list (so far) are either missing, broken, loose, or malfunctioning. I've tried 8 times via phone and email to get an idea of whether this is to be expected, but can't get a call back. I decided after 3 weeks to just spend $500 and get the items fixed or replaced. I recommend going anywhere else, if possible. If not, then figure lousy customer service into your offer price--then go elsewhere for your maintenance and repairs.\r
I've contacted the corporate offices in Indiana, and it seems that the genereal sales manager is part of the problem. Don't assume that problems you encounter were just a mistake. They seem to be part of the current leadership and culture.
