I just want to take a second to praise the service dept on there impeccable customer service

The amount of time to get my Santa Fe serviced (oil change) and washed took over 2.5 hours, and this was with an appointment.

Brian in the Service department was amazing he kept me in the loop about what was was taking place with my car and if I didnt understand what he meant he explained it to me in further detail. Car was not completed on time, next day, was promised a loaner, no loaner, missed appointment the following day because I didn't have a car. Kept trying to push other services on me. more

At this service location, I find the personnel to be very friendly and helpful. The waiting area is great with a TV, free coffee and bagels, but the only problem I have is the placement of the waiting area. The service personnel is in and out and when the door closes, it's very loud. But my overall experience there was great. more

I worked in many dealrships in the past and always expected an element of shadiness from service departments, but not at Millenium Hyundai. They took the time to explain what was going to be done and what the costs would be. They are all very professional yet friendly. The waiting are has good coffee and bagles what more could you ask for. more

Poor follow up 1/15/2015

I had to pick up my car from showroom after hours because servie dept was closed. I call service dept for 3 days after I picked up for an explanation of charges-no call back-kept calling service dept and they promised advisor would call me -still waiting more
