We stayed at the Millenium for one day before flying out the day next. The room was spacious and clean. Our room was on the second floor with a little balcony overlooking the indoor courtyard pool. The hotel is very conviniently located. The airport is just a few miles away. You can walk to several restaurants across the street and a large shopping mall is also within walking distance. Parking is free which is nice. Plenty of spaces. Our stay included a free breakfast of either scrambled eggs, hash browns and toast or a continental breakfast of a pastry and fruit. Our overnight stay was booked through Expedia and I thought it was very reasonably priced. more

We live in Erie, PA and fly out of Buffalo, NY 90% of the time. Our flights always leave super early so we always take advantage of park, stay and fly hotels. This is the first time we stayed at this hotel and was very surprised at how nice it was and was less expensive than lower end hotels. Rooms were large, clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is completely full service and up to date. The shuttle driver was early to our 4:00 a.m. reservation and was a super nice man! The hotel is in the mall parking lot so there are a lot of things to do if you get there early. There is a full service restaurant in the hotel buy it is in the middle of many restaurants. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it! more

When you go to see Niagara falls from the US side, you have two choices for staying. You can either stay very close to the falls, with limited selection of hotels and restaurants. Or you can stay in downtown Buffalo and endure the commute to the falls (from this hotel the falls was about 20 minutes) but have great selection of hotels and restaurants. If you prefer the latter, then this hotel, right next to the Walden Galleria shopping mall, has a perfect location.\r \r You're surrounded by shops and restaurants and fast food choices. If you are returning late from the falls, a TGI Friday within walking distance stays open very late. The hotel is really nice. The pool is one of the best, the room is spacious, the bed (we took a room with 2 queens) is very comfortable. The hotel staff was quite courteous.\r \r Immediately after getting out of the hotel, you can hop into I-90 E, then I-290 W and finally I-190 North exit 21 or 22 to go the falls. Follow the reverse path for coming back.\r \r This was our 3rd trip to Niagara, the 2nd trip to the US side of the falls. Of course the Canada side has a more picturesque view of the falls, but if we come back here, I will want to stay in this hotel again. more

The Millenium offers a complimentary breakfast to their guests: eggs, home fries, toast, and coffee. A huge plus for me was the complimentary shuttle which will take you to and from the airport; as well as local attractions, like Duff's for authentic Buffalo wings! Also, The Millenium is adjacent to the Galleria mall which is a short walk away. It was really chilly when I visited and the shuttle driver gladly offered up a ride. more

We have been to Millenium Hotel a few times over the last two years and are never disappointed. The customer service is top notch, right from booking, front desk to house keeping. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spotless! We love the courtyard area after a long day of shopping sitting on the balcony over looking the pool is great. I would strongly recommend this hotel and for fellow Canadians there is a great Canadian traveler rate available online. more

I stayed at this hotel because I was attending a conference there. There hotel is just minutes away from the airport and there is a free shuttle.\r Conference services were very good. The meeting rooms were managed well and they did a great jo of turning a meeting room set for auditorium to a banquet in short order. The staff were very helpful and the food was good. more

Have stayed here a few times now. We fly out of Buffalo alot so the convenience of leaving our vehicle at the hotel for the whole time we are gone is a major savings.Leaving your car at the airport for 2 weeks can be well over $150.US and for the price of a night at the MH includes up to 2 weeks parking. The hotel is clean the rooms are immaculate loved the room with loft. The staff at front desk are very helpful, they even gave us breakfast to go because we left the hotel at 4am.The hotel has a pool and a fun sports bar (great wings) and a dining room . Truly a keeper! more

Honestly I can say this was a very nice hotel for the price. The room I had was decent, clean, and was on the top floor so I got to look down at the city. The hotel had some very nice amenities including a sauna, a pool, a workout room, a game room, and a preferred travelers lounge. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. I have already decided I will be staying here whenever I visit Buffalo. This was one place that looked exactly how it looked on the website photos. That is always a good thing. more

This is a nice hotel, all the amenities you need, The room I was in is a little dated but still immaculate. The location is great, right near lots of restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again more

There's never been an issue with anything during my stays at the hotel, staff are welcoming, rooms are a good size and there are many eating options in this safe neighborhood. If you're just here to shop, the Millenium Hotel is an excellent choice. more

We had my daughter's wedding reception and ceremony at the Millenium on 11/24/12. The service was excellent. The food (dinner and hors d'oeuvres) was delicious and we couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable ceremony and reception. The banquet manager was outstanding and was very helpful all night long. The bartenders during the open bar were tremendous. They hand delivered drinks to the bride whenever her glass was empty. The compliments from guests were numerous. We would certainly recommend this venue. I had several people rent rooms (26). more

Stayed one night at the hotel, left my car for 9 days & got a shuttle to/from the airport for only $120. Did I mention this also included 2 free breakfasts? You can't beat this deal! The rooms are average but the customer service is good, it's close to the mall (for any shopping you want to do before driving home) and there were no issues leaving my car in the lot. This is the second time I've stayed at Millennium. For one week of free parking, you can't go wrong. more

You could tell it was an older hotel but it was definitely renovated and clean. Customer service was excellent. Hotel shuttle was prompt and on time. Walking distance to a large mall. Really what more can you ask? I have 0 complaints more

Stayed here a few days ago and we had a lovely experience. Here is the breakdown: The customer service, concierge desk and room service was excellent, very friendly and provided quick service and help when needed. The room was newly renovated, clean, comfy bed and a decent shower (If you are tall than the shower head isn't for you : ) The door to the room had a big gap at the bottom, you could hear people in the hallway very clearly at all hours…they really need to fix that. We found it a little weird that the swimming pool was in the hotel restaurant although it was surrounded by greenery, it was still bizarre. Room service had a great selection for both meat eaters and vegetarians. All in all, a great stay. more

We were here for 3 nights with the whole family. We came for a hockey tournament so our whole team stayed also. The room was spacious & clean, the maids were more than pleasant, the hotel staff was more than accomodating, the internet connection was fabulous,we were able to work away from home no problem. We will definitely be back & will definitely recommend to others to stay here. What a well run, well kept hotel. We had a blast. more

Its a good hotel with great location. Has an excellent pool and poolside. Kids will enjoy the pool. Always book via priceline/hotwire to get a good deal. Nothing extraordinary but good for stay in a happening area. Recommended for its location and reasonable rate. Its a first choice for lots of Canadian across the border who come here for the Galleria Mall shopping. more
