Millcreek Apartments

I lived in Millcreek for 6 years and was finally fed up and moved recently. So Don't even consider it. Millcreek has been through so many mangements until it is a shame and the one that is there discriminates. She has made it known since she has been there. She isn't vey polite to those outside her race. Last management was fired because of it and an even worser one was brought in. The assistant was very polite but the manager (Rosy I believe was her name) on the other hand isn't worth the headache. Keep searching because Millcreek isn't it. Maintenence was sorry and a whole new can of worms. I agree with the other person that said ""They don't deserve 1 star."" more

This apartment complex is a joke to them anyway. I have had more than my fair share from this apartment complex and have reached my limit. They are rip offs, cheating and stealing money. Charging ridiculous, and fraudulent charges. Things stay broke, they dont fix anything and the water pipes, stay broken which means we stay without water. They treat you like crap and really dont care. The sad thing is apartments like these get away with it! Say your self some stress and carpet burns from walking it so much, This is not the way it should be and no one should live this way! It's a nice area but this property is in the wrong area. Management is such liars and crooks! Pros: Nons Cons: You will be broke, headaches, & stressed out. more

The management at this place is a joke. You can't get an audience with the manager without devoting half a day to do so. You have to fight tooth and nail to get things fixed. They can't retain a maintenance staff or a manager. There has been at least 6 or 7 managers for 6 years maybe more. They can't keep there books in order so you are constantly being accused of being late on this or not paying that. I've been told there is no money to maintain the property. I recommend you keep looking if you are considering this place. This place is for people who can't afford to live anywhere else, God bless you if you're in that position, you have my sympathy. more
