It's one big room with high ceilings. If the room was full it would be extremely NOISY. There at noon on Saturday, 1/2 full and it was very noisy. I had the California omelette...

I am a huge fan of the Millbrae Pancake House. I have been going there for about 10 years and have many fond memories. The pancakes are great, as well as the lunch menu. It is a landmark in Millbrae and is often busy on weekends. more
