One of my best customer service experiences in a very long time! 3/6/2010

The owners of this store have clearly built a reputation on their excellent customer service, vast experience and their honesty and integrity. Unfortunately, you don't see many businesses run this way anymore so I really appreciate that they are still around. That's why I took the time to write this review. The store is very nice and in a very nice neighborhood too with easy parking. Best of all when you walk in you can rest assured that you will be treated in a respectful and friendly manner and will not be ripped off. I'm so glad that I finally found a jewelry and watch repair service in the area that I can trust my treasured pieces with. more

In a word: IMPRESSIVE! It has been over 50 years that Millbrae Jewelers has been in existence. Thanks to the Fitzgibbons family for their being a very active and involved part of this community. I was happy when Millbrae Jewelers won the ?Millbrae Business of the Year? award in (I believe) 2001. They deserved it. Supporting family owned & operated businesses is vital to keeping our local economy strong. If you aren?t familiar with Millbrae Jewelers try them out. Tell them Lion Paul told you to stop by?they will know who you mean. Congratulations on a job well done!!! more

Legendary shopping experience 5/1/2008

I was 7 years old when my mother first took me to Millbrae Jewelers to purchase my first birthstone necklace and as a child the memory was indelible. Now owned by the Fitzgibbons family it has become an icon for fabulous jewelry design, exquisite gem stones, Swarovski crystal and state of the art jewelry repair. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I will look in the windows of other stores, but when I need a gift, a favorite gemstone reset or a dream come true anniversary band, it is Millbrae Jewelers that I return to. more

What a place! You walk in as a customer and you will walk out as a long term friend of their business. Exceptional service and most importantly, you are getting more than your money's worth. You always get the quality and the proper advice from specialized and certified professionals. I have not bought a piece of jewelry from anyone besides Millbrae jewelers in over 8 years, and I don?t think I ever will. more

I have had several pieces of my jewelery fixed cleaned and appraised at Millbrae Jewelers. I have found that the staff is friendly and will meet you jewelry needs. I have recommended Millbrae Jewelers to several co-workers and they have very pleased with their purchases and repairs. I will not go to anyone else for my jewelery needs but Millbrae Jewelers. more

Best Jewlers in Town 4/19/2008

I have been doing business with Millbrae Jewelers for 15 years and they are the BEST. A great family owned business who are both very knowledgable about jewelry, they are the nicest people to do business with. Matt and wife Karen are truly the lovebirds of our times and their daugther Lisa, is not only jewelry savvy, she is a real doll of a person. I would not do business with any other jeweler on the whole peninsula. In fact I just bought another wonderful PEACE sign anklet from them, that is outstanding. I love them and they wonderful, kind people. more

Simply the best jewelery store I have shopped in. I have known the Fitzgibbons for ten years and they are the best...I purchase all my Swarovski crystal there and other jewelery needs...it's warm, friendly and the prices are right and I will highly recommend them to anyone interested in a pleasant shopping experience more

We have known the Fitzgibbons' (Millbrae Jewelers) for 15+ years on a personal and professional level. They are simply the best. Your whole experience with them is by far the friendliest, most knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and comfortable that we have ever encountered. They have done/created amazing custom work for us, add-ons, repairs, new purchases, etc. They do not gouge their customers. Its a shame that more businesses do not operate like theirs. more

Amazing 3/20/2008

My family and I have been going to Millbrae Jeweler's for many years. Every time we go in, we are treated with the utmost respect. Lisa, Karen, and Matt all have incredible knowledge about their trade and will always be honest to customers. After 12 years of dealing with Millbrae Jeweler's, I, along with everyone I know who patronizes them, has never had one complaint. The only thing that the spineless anonymous writer has correct is that Lisa is, indeed, an excellent saleswoman. However, I know that no one at Millbrae Jeweler's would EVER wrong a customer. If something were to go awry with a consumer's belongings (which is a very, very rare occurance), the problem would immediately be fixed and would most likely end up exceeding their expectations tenfold. This is, byfar, the best jewelry store I have ever done business with and I would trust these people with any piece of jewelry I own, whether it be a simple bracelet or even my great-grandmother's wedding ring. more

Situated across from Peet's Coffee in Millbrae, this place is great for all your jewelry needs. They are always very reasonable in terms of price and never do I feel like I am being cheated. more
