My mother passed away recently and left several furs which need mending. I called Millard's Fur Service and spoke with Ms. Deedee Kiser and inquired as to whether she could give me an estimate on the mending cost and whether she had time to see me today. She said yes to both and gave me directions. Upon my arrival to her store, she was attending to another customer. When she was done, she went back to her sewing machine and began to sew stating she had a deadline to meet. She then told me to put one of the fur coats on the mannequin so she could continue to work and at the same time look at my coat. I put the coat on the mannequin wrong, and she stated ""if you are going to be stupid, turn the coat around slowly"" at which point I turned the mannequin and coat around slowly to show her the tear. She again called me ""stupid"". At this point I asked her if this is the way she speaks to her clients and her reply was ""if you are going to act stupid then..."". I then picked up my furs and left telling her this is a heck of a way to speak to her clients. My girlfriend who witnessed the whole thing, went back into the store and told Ms. Deedee Kiser she was rude and Ms. Deedee Kiser apparently called my girlfriend stupid several more times. \r

It is unbelievable to me as a business owner myself, that Ms. Deedee Kiser is not only crude and unprofessional, but arrogant, impatient and condescending. Her customer service is so lacking it's probably a good thing she works with dead animals. \r
