Millans Emergency-Restoration

Wow!!!!!! Millan's Restoration is seriously a joke! Not only do they OVERcharge, but the company's work is low class something my 10 year old son can complete with his eyes closed. Not only was the service bad, but the employees were dirty and were not uniformed. They ate on my front lawn and left their trash EVERYWHERE. They were disgusting. Not to Mention the Owner Juan, (or so thats how he introduced himself) was nice at first but after i asked him for a couple more things to be fixed on my house (since nothing looked like it was being done), he then claimed that he was in fact NOT the owner and had no responsibilities for the lack of work performed. Then when I called the office, the so called "Office Manager," named Alex was very disrespectful and just plain rude. If you want a professional company working on your house I suggest NOT using Millan's. They are the total Opposite of Professional. Low class. Gross. more

I used this company because I was in an emergency situation and read the reviews. Well it is obvious that they write their own reviews. We had water damage to our house and they promised to take care of the problem by stopping the water, never happened, did very little and charged us over 1200.00 for ripping out floor, putting tape on a wall and sticking fans in a room. Please do not use this company. Total rip off. We plan on taking the bill to the better business bureau even though the insurance is covering it. I hate dishonest people who take advantage of you! I would give them zero stars if i could. more
