I have been taking my children here for over ten years. I love the care the physicans give to my children. I can always count on them for top care.
The issue I have is with their billing office, which seems to be incompetant at being able to understand the Health insurance. I am consistantly being harrassed by the billing office.
I have called to make appointments to have my children be seen. If they think you owe them so much as a dollar, they will not see your child until the situation is resolved. In my case their was no situation that needed to be resolved, but the receptionist insisted that I contact the business office, and pay some bill for $300 in which I did not owe. It was waiting for the insurance to pick it up.
So when i finally got an appointment for my child, in which the business office had to call and TELL THE RECEPTIONIST TO MAKE SUREEEEEEE I was given the appointment, the receptionist was rude, and demanded copayment upfront the minute I got there. What a joy it is to have to argue with the receptionist when your child is sick, and you feel helpless.
I normally go through this hassle at least once every six months or so. I have been a regular paying customer, and have always paid my copayments and what ever I have owed them for over ten years. I am shocked by the treatment I had received. Ten years as a faithful customer and this is what you can expect.
