I have been going to Mill Valley Auto Service for years, and Paul always, day in and day out, provides excellent customer service. If there is any misunderstanding (there rarely is, but if there is), Paul always takes the high road. Since we have been taking our cars to Paul for so many years we have a very relaxed and friendly relationship. Most recently, Paul fixed the horn on my Mini-Cooper. It took a couple visits to accurately diagnose the problem and get the parts, etc. When it was completed, I was presented the bill and realized that I really never received a true estimate. I mentioned this to Paul, and paid the bill. The next morning, Paul couldn't reach me, so he called my husband. Paul said he lost sleep over the lack of communication about the price and was crediting back our card for a large portion of the bill. WOW! When does that ever happen? Paul has shown me how important his customers are to him. I highly recommend his service.
