Worst carpet installation 3/22/2012

I went with this company because they seemed to be big and well known. This was definitely the worse decision I have ever made in my life. Sure their prices are very low compared to other places, but for good reason. They have THE WORST customer service ever. First when they came to install the carpet, their installers were SO RUDE. This company contracts their installation work to an outside company so there is no reliability or trust in their work. After installing my carpets, only a few months went by before the carpet starting bunching everywhere. I finally got a hold of them and they came in to fix the carpet. Again, the same installers came back and they were even RUDER. This was the worse experience I have ever had with a carpet company. After this terrible experience, I had similar carpets installed in my other rooms through a different company and the quality and the installation were 10000% better. Do yourself a favor, go with another carpet place, you do not want to mess with this company. more

Bad tile installation 5/22/2008

I purchased 3 rooms of tile and when it was installed the first time it was done very poorly. The corners didn't match up, the spaces were varied as the installers did not use spacers. When I contacted the company it took much effort to get them back out to re - do the job. When the second crew came they were told only to repair the border tiles and not the entire floor. All of the errors are very noticealbe. I would not reccomend this store. more
