I have to say that I am very disappointed with my first visit to Milestones. I was referred to Milestones by another very reputable business and asked to speak directly with a man by the name of Chuck regading my needs. When I entered Milestones, I greeted the woman behind the desk and asked for Chuck. She asked ""why?"" I can help you. I again asked for Chuck. She said ""He's busy"". I asked when will he be available? She asked ""why, I can help you"". At that point I indicated that I would pass and left. This woman put her head down and returned to her work as if she could have cared less! This is very very poor customer service and this woman is very, very rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately, they lost a very significant order from me.
