This place is deceiving from the outside. Here's where future Olympians train. This site offers a variety of classes to help kids develop their skills, self confidence, and physique. It's quite impressive to go inside and look into the 'work out room' and watch the kids practice. What talent.
The building is off the street and hard to find. That's disappointing. The parking lot is rather run down. Inside, there's a gym atmosphere and refreshments are available for sale.
There are newspaper clippings on the wall about this business and all they've accomplished.
The owners are nationally known award winning instructors. I know them to be very community-oriented.
