While James was quite helpful in reviewing and applying for insurance, when I actually tried to use my Blue Shield insurance for the covered well person check up, it turns out that in tiny print, or in implication but not stated, that it covers much less then I was led to believe. I think James himself didn't understand what was covered and what wasn't. So in the end I have paid more to get insurance that covered at least one visit before meeting my high deductible, only to learn that it only covers a very small portion of the expenses. I would expect an insurance agent to be able to accurately describe the insurance, not to be misleading from ignorance. Worse would be if it was on purpose, but I doubt it.
Pros: Good service, pleasant person
Cons: Was sold a misleading product, not worth the price
