Terrible Experience!! 6/24/2011

I have never been treated so badly by any retail store and will refuse to ever enter the store again. Milan Optique on the Plaza obliviously does not believe in a “The Customer is Always Right” policy or any customer service police for that matter. The store manager was rude and completely disrespectful. After explaining what I was looking for twice, she continued to have an unacceptable attitude by making it clear that I was an inconvenience to her. more

Great Store 3/2/2011

I came in to this store browsing with no plan at all to buy and I was helped by the Store Manager and she picked out the best frames that fit me perfect!\r She was mildly persistant but you can tell she knows her stuff, and I did end up buying. I have heard they were a bit pushy but they are good, I can't deny that.\r If you want great quality and honesty then go see them because as persistant as they might be the product speaks more for itself. I know I would rather have that kind of service than spend the money on something that is not as good and doesn't look as good.\r Go in and see them, they are awesome! more

Great eyeframes! Bad customer service! 4/9/2010

I have been into this store three times and each time the staff have been very pushy. Take a tip from me. If you go in this store, just try on frames and then go home and buy your frames online. Eyewear online is so much fordable than this store. Pros: Candy store of eyewear! Cons: Staff is pushy and not very knowledgeable more

The best optical experience i've had! 2/2/2010

I wasn't sure what exactly I was looking for but an optician named Ashlie showed me a pair of Tag Heuer sunglasses that were perfect for me. I will be coming back for sure! Thanks! -Evan K. Pros: High-End eyewear and experienced opticians Cons: Not the easiest to find but not too bad more
